water retantion

I ve got a good and clean diet w 300 gram carb and aroun 200g protein , i workout 5 times a day w 4 split routines and do good amount fo cardio but still have a water retantion on my lower abs and around chest and its looks like fat. and I started my winny deca cycle and I know I ll etain more water what should I do??

even on the juice, im no expert but i think tats too much. did u mean 5 per week bor
 
I'd say your water retention has to do with the 300 grams of carbs you take in on a daily basis. And yeah, 5 TIMES A DAY?! Do you like give Bowflex demos at the mall for a living or something?!
 
yep 5 times a week w 4 split , monday chest , tuesday arms, wnd back , thurs off, friday shoulder and legs, saturday chest, sunday off and so on.....carb intake is it too much during bulking, and have much should i reduce during cutting
 
Are you bulking or are you cutting?

It also depends on your size how much you should be eating. So how much do you weigh and what's your bf%?

I WEIGHT 180 POUNDS, %14 BODYFAT, AND IM BULKING W DECA AND WINNY CYCLE AND JUST STARTED
 
If you're bulking and you're on a winny/deca cycle

1] water retention is a common "side effect"

2] You shouldn't worry and let it go otherwise you may not benefit from your cycle
