Approved Log Recovery War - Diet Training Life Log

I'm about 2 try eq myself
Is a fascinating drug for sure, it was actually prescribed for humans at one point, I think it was called Paranabol.

Is likely I won’t take it for very long at all, nothing on the level of a body building cycle length. I plan on staying on TRT though from here on out. Had I been on it, I wouldn’t have ever become this impaired from the anaemia. Is also reasonable to hope that TRT will help keep me off corticosteroids like prednisolone, which is a very high priority for me.

Once I’ve had the surgeries I’ve been referred for, then recovered, and I’ve established a good baseline for my TRT, I definitely would like to try a proper cycle then go back to TRT. That will be a decently long process though, probably over a year long, safely getting to where I can do a good cycle.

Very light cardio focused day, slow process recovering from blood loss. I think is best I just go lightly for now with all my training. I could also be getting surgery soon, is at least most likely early this year, so is best I am not in a depleted state all the time like I have been.

Started Testosterone Cypionate today, Platinum Labs brand from UGL OZ. Did a 20mg subcutaneous injection in the abdomen, very little sting, much less than the peptides I’ve tried. The lump it left was also smaller than the ones peptides gave me, the peptide ones also would itch the whole day. So this is far smoother. I’ll be doing 20mg a day, so 140mg per week, I can always titrate up to around 150mg or a bit higher even. I’ll do a proper in depth review of the Test C after being on it for at least one vial but I don’t feel it would be really fair before then especially as I’m new to TRT.

When I’ve lost more body fat I’ll consider less frequent injections. After I’ve been on the Test C for about a month, I’ll get some blood work done and if things aren’t how I need them to be with red blood cell count etc, I am going to do some Equipoise to manage that, not fix it, that’s surgery, but manage it, am done with living like this, 2+ years of slowly bleeding then getting iron infusions is long enough, unilateral action time.

I look forward to seeing how anabolic steroids can help me with my health issues. Based off my current experience with peptides, I expect good things are going to come of it.

Diet is a bit off at the moment. Is part financial and part me being really close to having a full on auto immune flare, am getting the gastritis etc that precedes a bad one. So eating low volume foods a lot, but with whey isolate I’m getting the protein in.

Quick update.

The infusion basically didn’t get me back to even the low range of normal. I got to 34% HCT and then it started going back down.

I’m back at 13%, in blood transfusion territory again. Feeling very weak and fatigued all the time, is hard to breathe. I should probably go to the hospital but isn’t easy to just go there, so may be a while before I make it back to get another infusion, which will have to be bigger this time.

I set a new trap bar deadlift PR for myself today anyway, despite the condition I’m in. 352lbs for one rep, I rushed it because was sort of nervous, I haven’t even trained legs in over a month. Will do it slower next time. Also I was doing 264lbs for reps yesterday, and some shrugs, so minus that could also have probably done better today. If I hadn’t lost so much blood I need a blood transfusion, I’d definitely be able to lift more.

Days like today remind me, that the people who look down on me as weak for having an assistance dog, aren’t strong enough to go lift 352lbs off the floor while they’re in need of a fucking blood transfusion, absolute hypocrites, so no need to give a shit what a single one of them thinks, about anything. Was a good day 👍.

Proof I’m not lying about the blood loss.

This link goes to a post like this that has a video of me lifting 352lbs while in need of a blood transfusion. It won’t upload here. Also I’m not on the Testosterone Cypionate as planned. Got really bad oestrogen sides on the second shot and way worse ones on the third, so I stopped until I have more money to buy enough Aromasin and get regular blood work etc. I had a total of three 20mg shots ,Friday, Saturday and Sunday last week. So I’m not steroid enhanced doing this, if I was I wouldn’t have this level of anaemia either.

i know it is super frustating man but you need to stay positive as you are on here 95% of the time. but i've seen you get angry and negative 5% of the time. i would be too so i get it, i've had my share of health issues too it gets frustrating to get mis diagnosed but you have to remember that is the medical field and a lot of things don't make sense on how people are treated but we have come a long way compared to 25 years ago and even 5 years ago we are super way behind on medicine vs. technology because the world values human life less then a super computer because that super computer will last forever with maintenance but a human even if we do everything right might only last 80 or 90 years max.

Still just mostly taking it easy and waiting for the colonoscopy etc this coming February.

I have a walking pad on the way now, should be here this week. Plan is to use it in the morning each day to get my step count up, walking seems to be the most sustainable form of cardio for me at the moment.

Haven’t been counting calories most days, had a cheat meal today, I made buffalo wings. Still going on walks each day outdoors, most days anyway.

I’m down in the city at a friends house, and they have the same walking pad I ordered, so I got to try it out. Mine should arrive this week sometime.

These are awesome, is definitely going to help me get my steps up and is way more sustainable for me than the rowing machine. I love the rowing machine, but it isn’t the best thing for me with all my gut issues, I can’t do the volume on it that I need to, but I can walk so this is perfect.

Also for once being short has an advantage, I can actually get a slow run going on this at its max setting but I don’t think it would be more than a slow jog for a taller person.
