Food has been too low lately, 200gm, 80-100 carb fat around 40gm. I am using glp-1 as a trial run past 3 week. It’s bit quite hard to put down food but pump still has been great. Few more weeks and back to growth phase again

good updates @Ratatata that is the purpose of glp-1 though. once you come off the appetite will come back

glp-1 is going to drop your appetite quite a bit the first month. that is pretty normal stuff. it might not fit what you are trying to do here @Ratatata

@Ratatata bros the GLP'1 rebound supposed to be pretty crazy from what people saying. experiment with that and let us know. should be a fun day

that is a great update @Ratatata that isn't your imagination either. those drugs def kill appetite.
 
@Ratatata i would say from weeks 2-4 is the toughest with glp1. you really need to embrace what it is doing though man. you just aren't going to put down a lot of food the way they slow down gastric emptying

You r full and energiesed. Hasn’t effected training yet. Drop decent amount of fat jst Training no cardio.

Session went well, still having amazing pump with all the low calories. Body weight kinda still same around 92kg but felling leaner day by day!!!
