Approved Log Ongoing Testosterone, NPP, HGH, growth phase Log

Food has been too low lately, 200gm, 80-100 carb fat around 40gm. I am using glp-1 as a trial run past 3 week. It’s bit quite hard to put down food but pump still has been great. Few more weeks and back to growth phase again

Session went well, still having amazing pump with all the low calories. Body weight kinda still same around 92kg but felling leaner day by day!!!

Short and sweet leg day!!! Low volume with intensity quad pump were crazy!!!!
