I need help understanding something my body is doing, I’m not new to working out or eating clean but this is just odd. Once in a great while I’ll treat myself with a burger & coke. Yup big treat but then about 40mins later my muscle bellies are so full the skin hurts. My wife use to tell me it was in my head but I told her to watch and I’ll prove it. Sure enough one coke & double burger and I looked nice and full.
Is there a macro I am missing???
Diet is the normal chicken, turkey, veggies, water, eggs I basically cook up 7 small meals and eat them about every 2-3 hours depending on what is going on with work. Plus muscle milk in the bottle when I simply cannot get a moment to eat.
I do not use any sups beyond simple over the counter pre-workout.
Though starting to eye ball some of the things here in the forums.
I’m 6ft1, 230, 37 years old. Bf 13% lower than that & I feel like garbage. (I’m doing this for me, not to feel like garbage.) Yes I'm that guy who has learned by trial and lots of ERROR's.
