In a met-rx big 100 protein bar there are 360 cals, 26g sugar, 55g carbs, and only 24g protein. Is the little amount of protein in these bars worth the added sugar and carbs? I find myself wanting a snack thats good for me and chow down one of these bars, but I feel bad because of the amount of sugar and carbs. I am currently cutting. What is your opinion on these? Thanks
