Behind the head pulldowns: 2 sets
150 for 12
165 for 12

Reverse grip pulldowns: 2 sets
165 for 12
180 for 12

close grip pulldowns: 2 sets
180 for 12
165 for 12 (I went down because I had to cheat on the last 4 or 5 with 180 and I wanted to get really good reps)

bentover barbell rows: 3 sets
135 for 12
185 for 12
205 for 12

t bar rows: 3 sets
70 for 15
95 for 12
130 for 12

hammer strength rows: 3 sets
Not sure on the weights

high pulley straight arm pulldowns for 7s to kill it at the end....

Just tried to get a pump on the bis and calves. I was too tired to do a lot of stuff because the back workout was pretty killer.

Damn bro! I would advise you drop the behind head pulldowns as they are murder on your shoulders and simply not worth it.

Yeah they ain't all that effective either, you'd be best off with some pull ups in there instead.

I don't go heavy because I know they are hard on the shoulders, but I would have to disagree on what you say about them being ineffective. I get a great burn when I do them man. Also, I don't even usually do them, my buddy and I are just doing this new program and they are in the second 4 week cycle of it.
 
shoulders

db shoulder press:
2 warmup sets with 50s
70s for 12
90s for 12
100s for 7
110s for 2 (this was a new PR for me!)

side laterals: 4 sets
20s for 15
30s for 12
35 for 12
35 for 10

reverse flies:
3 sets didn't even pay attention to the weight.

front raises:
3 sets
25s for 12
35s for 12
40 for 12

Then I did 2 sets of a superset mixing machine shoulder presses standing reverse flies and seated side laterals.



Then I did a bunch of bis and tris cuz I didn't really hit them this week, so I just got a good pump and headed out. Happy that I got a new pr on shoulder press.

oh and I will put up some new pics today. Might try to do a couple of videos too. Going for a couple PRs this week, but I may have strained something in my chest so we will see..........hoping for the best

Hey if it's working for you bro keep it up. I sacked em ages ago in favour of pull ups but that's just me. :)
