oh yeah man, I am a pullup fiend lol. I always do pullups in my back workout. The only reason I haven't been the last couple weeks is because I am trying this program out. I think pullups are more effective for the most part, but the doing an exercise that I rarely do is giving me a good burn and just hitting it a little different. I won't keep doing the behind the neck. My shoulders are horrible....

I'd rather do them in front instead of back ,Thats how i do them, i may warm up that way,but! Thats all.

Internet has been down..... Been hitting it hard the last week. My diet hasn't been great and not getting as many calories as I'd like to. Did chest and tris yesterday.

chest:
Barbell flat bench: 3 sets
2 warmups with 135
185 for 12
225 for 12
245 for 12

dumbbell flat:
110s for 10
110s for 5 (don't usually do db and bb on flat in the same day, but was trying something a little different.

db incline:
65 for 15
75 for 12
95 for 10

bb incline:
135 for 10
135 for 10

machine flies:
120 for 12
140 for 12
180 for 10

cable flies:
160 for 12
180 for 10


Tris:
db overhead extensions:
70 for 12
90 for 12
110 for 12
115 for 12

dip machine: not sure how much the weight was but I did 3 sets of the whole stack with a 25 added on.

cable pushdowns:
140 for 15
160 fo 12
200 for 10

Got a good pump and was feeling pretty big, except that I lost almost 5 pounds over the weekend.... I didn't eat enough and was drinking too much alcohol all weekend. I need to get back on track with the diet.
 
legs yesterday

iso leg extensions:
3 sets for 15 reps as a warmup

hack squats: 135 for 15
185 for 15
225 for 12

leg press:
360 for 15
540 for 15
720 for 12

walking lunges for 3 sets. I think I went up to the 60s.

Leg extensions:
2 long supersets

I will do hams tomorrow after shoulders.
 
did some arms today. when I do arms during the week on my chest and back days I don't really go very hard, so I like to hit them again on Sat.

tris:
skull crushers:
60 for 15
80 for 15
100 for 12
110 for 12

seated overhead extensions:
70 for 12
100 for 12
120 for 12

dips:
did three sets of 15 with a 45 strapped on...

pushdowns: 3 easy sets at I think it was 140

Bis:
easy bar curls:
60 for 15
70 for 15
90 for 12

one arms preachers:
30 for 12
35 for 12
40 for 12

hammers:
40s for 12
50 for 12
60 for 12

I didn't push myself that hard today because I had to work out really early and only had one small meal in me.
