updating my week of working out now lol. Just started a new job so I've been busy.

Monday: back and bis
back:
pullups: 4 sets
15
15 with 25 added on
11 with 45 added on
10

bentover dumbbell rows: 3 sets
80s for 12
100s for 12
110s for 12

tbar rows:
135 for 15
185 for 15
225 for 11

seated row:
120 for 15
150 for 12
180 for 12

close grip pulldowns: don't remember the weights but did 3 sets

dead lift:
3 easy sets of 12 with 225


bis:
easy bar curls:
60 for 15
80 for 12
100 for 12

one arm machine preacher curls:
40 for 15
45 for 15
50 for 12

hammers:
40s for 12
50s for 12
60s for 10

since I was so busy this week I am going to just put down the quick versions of my workouts and not even try to think about th eweights. Been super busy, but I will try to be better abou tupdating next week.

chest and tris:
flat bench: 2 warmup sets and 3 working sets
db incline: 1 light set and 3 hard working sets
machine flies: 4 sets
hammer strength incline: 3 sets

tris:
overhead extensions: 4 sets
weighted dips: 3 sets
pushdowns: 4 sets

Thur: shoulders:
db should. press: 2 warmups and 4 working sets
side raises: 4 sets
reverse flies: 3 sets
front raises: 3 sets
db reverse fly: 3 sets
and then a bunch of shrugs with short 20 sec breaks for traps

Fri: legs
leg exten.: 3 sets for warmup
hack squats: 4 sets
leg press: 4 sets
lunges: 3 sets
lying leg curl: 3 sets
straight legged deadlifts: 3 sets

Sat: went in a did just a little bis tris and then supersetted abs and calves.
 
chest and tris yesterday

chest:
flat bench: 2 warmups at 135
185 x 12
225 x 12
275 x 5

incline dumbbell:
75 x12
85 x12
90x 12
100 x10

fly machine: not sure on weights but did 4 sets

hammer strength machine for 7s
Been doing this same basic routine with a few variations for a few weeks and will be changing it up next week.

tris:
rope pushdowns:
100 x 15
130 x12
130 x12
150 x12

dip machine:
150 x 15
180 x 15
200 x 25

kickbacks:
15 x12
15 x 12
15 x 12

the extension on the rope pushdowns really killed me. I was going slow and really trying to push it so I was pretty dead through the next couple exercises.
 
I know. I think I have pissed a few people off once or twice on here. lol

I dont mean to seem like an a-hole. I would NEVER talk s*** to someone who is weak or small and doing stuff the right way with "light" weight and correct form. I would go out of my way to help that person and I actually do help out the younger guys at my gym almost daily.

I dont give a f how big or strong you are if your swinging weight around, using momentum and not getting a contraction in the target muscle, Ill tell you your an idiot and you wont achieve the progress you should be.

Elite should be praising the right way to do things. To help eachother achieve the best possible physique we can. Ill be training for life. People using sloppy form with heavy weight WILL have body issues later on in life. I wanna be around training for the long haul. And we cant do that if were all f-ed up.

This is what I think the majority of ELITE members think is a "beast" in the gym

hell ya thats pretty damn heavy. But did either of them do ONE REP? hell no! That shit is gay and they are retarded. But damn they are getting pretty good results huh? They look good right?

I bet you if some member posted up a video of them doing something similar. They would get a 1000 replies saying how they "are a beast". and Damn, thats some heavy weight. good job! Most likely from our younger members but damn lol Im just tired of it. Do it right or dont do it at all.

and actually closer to 70 pounds. but that doesnt matter. And your right, he can squat quite a bit more than me. And I have seen a COUPLE videos with him actually using good form. On his powerlifting lifts(except bench) he has pretty damn good form. Ill give credit where credit is due, Moya is a damn beast under the squat rack.
LOL gotta tell you bro that Moyas bench is text book perfect per Dave Tate. Perfect for a power lifter, not necessarily a bber tho.
However for anybody that has an injured shoulder this is the form that you should be using if you wanna continue benching.

but using a weight that is CLEARLY TOO HEAVY and throwing it around without working the target mucsle and squeezing through the whole range of motion is incredibly UNIMPRESSIVE to me. I dont give a f how much you can do if you aint doin it right. It looks ridiculous, is unsafe and not as productive as if you dropped the ego at the door and use some weight that is going to improve your physique AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I would of been way impressed if he would of dropped the weight 100 lbs and actually used good form. Not that anyone gives a F about impressing me but damn.....U cant honestly tell me that shit didnt look sloppy.

I re read my post, and ya it came out pretty dickish. I didnt mean for it to come out that way when I wrote it. so I apologize to those I pissed off. But I stick to my opinion and my statement.
Just be aware that peeps use diff form for diff ends bro. Your a bber. Moya is a power lifter. So he is gonna do things diff then you, that dosnt make it wrong.

I can't even take you serious dude. You are making it hard to not be mean. That row looks like a lack of power move to me. You aren't controlling it at all. If that is what passes for powerlifting, then I am glad to call myself a bodybuilder. There is one lift you can beat me at and that is squats. Put up 1 vid with good form before you go calling people out bro. That is funny. And to anybody else who reads this, I am not a d!$$. I tried telling Moya to be careful with his form and he gets all upset. If you want to hurt yourself, then go right ahead, but I couldn't in good conscience, not say anything when I see that. I know a couple very good powerlifters and I have never seen them do any lifts with form like that bro. I thought about apologizing because Moya is obviously upset, but if I was doing something wrong, I would hope somebody would tell me, even if I didn't really want to hear it.
 
you affraid to post a vid of your heavy rows? pretty transparent if you ask me...

and we dont do rows in powerlifting competitions... of course my meet lifts have to be strict... its like you've never seen a pro bb'er do cheat curls before... they dont just swing the bar without keeping their core tight...
