I used to LOVE that stuff, but it always took the roof of my mouth 2 days to recover.

They should put a warning on the box.....lol

i had this for ceral:

3 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c whole roasted unsalted almonds
3 tbsp whole flaxseeds
1 c toasted wheat germ
4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
1 c water or apple juice
2 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp dried cranberries
3 tbsp chopped dried dates

i doubled the brown sugar and cinnamon
and just but my own amount of dried fruit in (raisins, apricots, cranberries)

mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the fruit

spread into greased 9x13 cooking dish

bake at 350F for 90 mins stiring every 15 mins until golden and crunchy

let cool, stir in dried fruit
i thought the whey denatured when you heated it up too much?>

didnt someone have an ANPB oats and whey (no sugar or complex carbs) prtein bar recipe?
