i had this for ceral:
3 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c whole roasted unsalted almonds
3 tbsp whole flaxseeds
1 c toasted wheat germ
4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
1 c water or apple juice
2 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp dried cranberries
3 tbsp chopped dried dates
i doubled the brown sugar and cinnamon
and just but my own amount of dried fruit in (raisins, apricots, cranberries)
mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the fruit
spread into greased 9x13 cooking dish
bake at 350F for 90 mins stiring every 15 mins until golden and crunchy
let cool, stir in dried fruit
