You fuckers want to grow?
Well listen up.
Pick 1 day out of the year, preferably February 29th, Do 1 set for 10 reps for every body part on a Cybex machine or something comprable and watch your body grow. The other 364 days (365 if you pick Feb. 29th) you need to use for rest and recovery. Good luck!
 
That routine sucks!!!

Stick with the split but do 1 deadlift static hold for about 20sec in the strongest range of motion.

Next year add weight and do the same...

You may have to switch exercise cause you might overtrain, you know over lap...

Well...after seeeing a 102 sets for arms post - this was just as believable - :)
 
Oh yes and as you get stronger each year you need to add one extra week of rest otherwise you would burn out.

Once every 5 years you need to do some shock-method in order to break plateaus: doing single leg squats on a stabillity ball is THE key exercise to get you past the sticking point......
 
I know LOTS of people on this exact workout routine!


They then come up to me flexing their bi's and either ask me to armwrestle, tell me they'll kick my ass, or ask me where to get some gear.:lmao:
