hi all, just need a bit of advice...
im just about to start the 5x5 routine, i also do muay thai 2x a week, im trying to bulk at them moment, how many extra calories should i take in on the days i do muay thai to compensate for what i burn off, the muaythai sessions are 1hr 30 mins and i would say are very intense, would 500 calories extra on those days cover what i will burn or do i need more than that, im 6ft, 175
