OK lots of work/overtime lately, which is good for cutting i guess... but im thinking i want to try to gain some more muscle at the start of my cycle, so im making a few diet changes... im not going to really limit my intake, however im going to keep the carbs clean and eat ORGANIC as much as possible/affordable...

the cycle is now going to be quite a bit bigger as i will be trying out some new gear from a buddy of mine, this will be killer... should start late next week, so it will be more of a 10 week blast, and i mean blast...
1-10 test prop 100mg eod (350mg/wk)
1-10 mast prop 100mg ed (700mg/wk)
1-6 tren ace 75mg eod (260mg/wk)
5-10 anavar 60mg ed (420mg/wk)
5-10 proviron 50mg ed (350mg/wk)
9-10 winstrol 50mg ed

never used the var before so this should be interesting... also going a bit lower on my tren injects... i may just run it out a little longer than 6 weeks until the two vials are empty, but i get a bit moody on tren so thats why im going to try a little less than my usual dose of 100mg eod...
the mast is high and ive used it before at 350/wk and wastn too thrilled with it and would like to give it a shot at a dose that i hear rave reviews over... if it dosnt shine at this dose for me i will give up on it...
little winny at the end, all i have on hand but really just to dry me out, i feel that is plenty of time to get the water out of me...
i was thinking proviron was overkill with all that mast, but 1. my buddy gymjunkie suggested it and 2. fuck it i wanna be hard as nails...

so still just cruising in on low test/npp until this arrives... hopefully by the end of the week i should be starting the mast and tren and upping the test a bit...

add soft belt, sumo stance
1x425 cake...
1x470 no problem... though there is a problem because that's all the weight plates i have at home... will need to pick some up this week...

CIRCUIT
1x(10xbar curl, 5x pullups, 10x25lb pullover)
2x(10x65 bar curl, 5x pullups, 10x25lb pullover)

will hit bench here in a bit today...
 
yesterday i ate...

breakfast shake:
4oz skim milk
25g whey
3 raw eggs
scoop Hemo Rage
16oz water

1st break at work:
4oz tri tip
2oz short ribs
1cup whole wheat noodles plain

"Lunch" at work:
6oz short ribs
1cup broccoli
1cup annie's organic wheat mac and cheese

2nd break at work:
1cup organic greek yogurt
10 organic blueberries

3rd break at work:
1 can tuna
4oz romaine lettuce
10 olives
tsp parmesean cheese
1/3 cup broccoli

Dinner at home:
4oz organic ground beef
4 eggs
tsp ketchup
2 slices milton's whole wheat bread
1 slice swiss cheese

workout

post workout, pre sleep:
2 cups skim milk
25g whey
2 sticks mozzerella string cheese
1 cup organic black bean enchilada

so not really going for a reduction in food, just beginning to clean it up a bit.. i think last time i cut myself short on the gains, as i know i can cut fast at the end, and the increased muscle will just make that easier... this was my 'least' clean day so far and im already looking a lot leaner, looking full and not so puffy/bloated as my water intake is up over a gallon and no more soda...
i have not added up my calories yet, but im not too worried about that yet, just taking out all the junk ive been eating is going to go a long way for me...

i think the higher calorie 'diet' will work better for me because my job is so active, im just going to have to stick to my am fasted cardio more consistently once i start it, probably the last month... im also going to go get some almonds today to add to the diet...
annie's is some good stuff... im going to eat progressively more organic, my brother in law swears by it and he knows his shit, he thinks if i go just organic and dont even eat totally clean i will shred up on this cycle... i will tune it in as i go along...
