i think the higher calorie 'diet' will work better for me because my job is so active, im just going to have to stick to my am fasted cardio more consistently once i start it, probably the last month... im also going to go get some almonds today to add to the diet...
annie's is some good stuff... im going to eat progressively more organic, my brother in law swears by it and he knows his shit, he thinks if i go just organic and dont even eat totally clean i will shred up on this cycle... i will tune it in as i go along...
I think you're right on all accounts. Processed/refined foods do me a world of hurt... I get inflammation and bloated like you can't believe.
