haha RADAR I stopped working out so id get skinny before the contest and then blow everyone out of the water with muscle memory!

Moya, I did personal training and the thing that sucks about building up your clients is that you dont get paid for that time you spend doing tht. So you should relly set time aside to network with people. Training is so easy, you would be good at it for sure.

had a 'off' meal in the early AM... so off i wont tell... but i feel im leaning out plenty well for the time being so im really more concerned with gaining muscle atm...

felt good with my depth on the squats... i dont think im going to be ready for 500 in a month, but im sure i will set a PR total at least... will do some heavy core work as the only problem i see with my squat form is i tend to lean forward a bit...

im just going to go 250/wk with test e for the duration... plenty for libido, not too much to cause bloat, and with all the other anabolics i dont think i will have any problems with muscle preservation...

I keep wanting to rub in yer face how my bench is coming along as I remember you saying you wanted to improve yours... Then I remember your squat kicks the c#*p outa mine and I got a few lbs on you too which makes your lifts look even more impressive!

a few lbs? try like almost 100 lol....lb for lb moya has to be one of the strongest members on here, I think he squats like 3 times his bw or more :evil:

Lol yeah I was being modest lol! Yep about 3 times BW give or take a pound or two. Benching nearly twice his BW too. Bloody impressive.
