left knee didnt feel right so i stopped... i know my water intake has been a bit low, i will get in a real squat session on tues... very frustrated today... i dont LOOK like im gaining fat, in fact my wife thinks ive leaned out quite a bit... however, i had to take my belt notch out a hole today... hopefully thats just because i had eaten an hour before lifting, usually i wait a bit longer to lift after a big meal...
