didnt have much in me with the reps i did before the heaviest bench set... only about 90 sec. rest between those sets... once i missed a rep @185 i dropped weight so i could keep working on moving the bar fast...

left knee didnt feel right so i stopped... i know my water intake has been a bit low, i will get in a real squat session on tues... very frustrated today... i dont LOOK like im gaining fat, in fact my wife thinks ive leaned out quite a bit... however, i had to take my belt notch out a hole today... hopefully thats just because i had eaten an hour before lifting, usually i wait a bit longer to lift after a big meal...
 
Yeah watch those knees bro...only got one set of em. I often don't eat that close to lifting cuz I tend to feel bloated and sometimes makes me more prone to throwing up.

this is the first time ive rowed heavy in months... it is intentionally done explosively if any form nazi's dont like it... i feel the back trains better this way... i do have to use a mixed grip to this heavy, not sure if that will totally ruin my symmetry, but it hasnt so far... i would get straps, but i think it works my grip pretty good too...

i dont feel like ive been neglecting my back so much because i tax it a lot at work... i know you dont see me doing as much for it, but really im not looking to bring it up, just maintain...

its the problem areas that im hitting hardest, areas ive been stuck at for a while like chest/bench and my arms...
