Lipodrene?

Hi, I just started taking Lipodrene, and would like to know if any of you have any experience w/ it. So far, I haven't had any bad side effects, actually a better mood, decreased appetite, more energy, but not necessarily jitters, slight headaches, but probably moreso due to the fact that I don't drink near enough water.

I'm 5', started out at 100.6lbs and 16% BF a week ago, now 98.4lbs and 14% BF. (BF according to my digi scale, so it could be a wee bit off, but has always lined up pretty good w/ the trainers in my gym's assessment of my BF) Regardless, the BF and weight has gone down.

Anyone have anything good or bad to say about Lipodrene? The only thing I've ever taken is the ephedra free Hydroxycut, so I don't have anything really to compare it to.

Thx in advance,

Natalie

hi natalie- i have heard great things about lipodrene-like people losing like between 6-10 lbs average in a week or 15 lbs in like 3 or 4-it varies. Im not sure how true that is but I have googled it because I bought it too and I literally read every single site that came up and searched for reviews for weeks... I took it yesterday and I didn't really feel the energy--the app suppressant was good though... I took stimerex-es--lipodrene's big brother, according to the ads--and it made me very wired and energetic and suppressed my appetite. I have to go on vaca in about 5weeks so I am taking yohimburn as well as EC. I want to try lipodrene because of what I have read--If you have gone down maybe I should switch to that for these 5 weeks...you seem very small in weight to begin with by the way...let me know how your progress is and I will too! good luck..hopefully others will respond on these boards--I trust their opinions a lot :rainbow:

I have never heard of it. But I will tell you with a clean diet you can easily drop 6-10 lbs the 1st week, esp. if your larger.

Cleaning out the crap & processed food (i.e. bad carb) will have this impact, esp. in women. It's like the claims "I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks on Atkins" ... You sure did, and I would bet the majority, if not ALL that scale weight was water.

true true! I have cut carbs significantly--to good ones like oats and veggies and also carb cycling- also focusing on protein--chicken, turkey with my salad for lunch and shakes, then chicken, lean meat or fish with a veggie for dinner and already I feel and look better...got to get bf tested to know for sure...i'm about 127-down 6lbs after 2 weeks, but then today scale says 133?WTF? I'm lifiting heavy 4 sets-6-8 reps to keep muscle and burn fat and also cardio 4-5x 30-45 min so I think I'm losing fat...you can always weigh more but not less and have it be false right????(hopefully???)

Is this the yellow-hexagon shaped pill? A friend takes it - lost 8 lbs in her first week and weight loss (not muscle gain) is her goal. She also combined the pill with a very low carb diet - so I agree that a good 5-6 lbs was water weight. Overall, in the past three weeks she has lost 16 pounds. That's the Lipo, cardio 4x week, and the low carb diet. But as soon as she goes on vacation, she'll be off the Lipo, the cardio, and the low carb diet. And that means the weight will come right back.

GOTTA CONVINENCE HER TO START USING SOME FREE WEIGHTS!

that's the one! I was going to say forget it..because I am weight training and doing cardio 4-5x a week and low-moderate carb cycling...but I don't feel like I lost weight--16lbs in 3 weeks???WTF? I wish that happened to me. I thought I lost 6 then the scale says only 2! guess you are right-most of that prob is water but damn if i could get down 16 i would be a happy girl and now that I'm back in gym I will stay this way...
good luck natalie. make sure to update on your progress...

I wouldn't get hung up on #'s ... Try not to base your progress on the scale weight. Try getting your BF measured or taking tape measurements to give a few other data points to go by.

The scale has it's place but it can OFTEN not be your friend.

Tell me about it!! It is hard for me because the trainers to do BF never get into my gym til like 8 and then I am leaving. I guess I have to just make an appt. Thanks so much bunny--I'm so glad I decided to post because the encouragement and advice from all the ladies is awesome and just what I need to keep me back on track now that i am trying to get back to where I was. It means a lot...

You're welcome hun :)

I would make an appointment. But again don't let that # define you, b/c it may not always go in your favor yet you feel & visibly see a difference ... then get all bummed b/c the scale (or BF) doesn't agree. We have ALL been there before at one point or another, I am trying to provide the encouragement I never had at 'that' point in my life. Women can really take that to heart it's crushing at times, until you put things in perspective and keep on truckin' :D

Ask ANY questions you may have... chances are many others that haven't posted may have the same one.

I am happy to help with what I've learned.

Thank you so much for posting that. My body fat, my inches, my clothing sizes are all going down but my scale is going up. I know I shouldn't be hung up on the scale weight, but sometimes it's so hard not too. I'm moving tomorrow- and I'm not taking my scale w/me. It's going in the garbage.

I was a size 12-14 at my heaviest. Almost 200 lbs.

Now I'm a 4 or 6 (6 in pants with those damn 'slim fit throug hip and thigh type' flared jeans!!!). BUT - I WEIGH BETWEEN 148 and 150!!!
