When you are training you don't want your breasts moving more than you do.
There are a few reasons for this
- too much bouncey-bouncey is going to destroy the fine ligaments (Cooper's tendons), connective tissue and skin that maintains the integrity of the breast, and they will end up sagging and you will end up having to wear a support bra anyway so they don't hit your bellybutton
- too much bouncey-bouncey has you stand out in the gym, the lads will stare, you will feel uncomfortable
- modern bras are a miracle of engineering, if it is fitted properly, then comfort and constriction is not really an issue. I quite like my sports bras, they sort of have you feel like you have a breast plate of armour on
I would actually recommend for women to have a bra fitting anyway, most women are not wearing the correct size.
It seems like most will increase the underbust size (which has the cup sizes increase), rather than going to a larger cup.
Your underbust measurement on your bra, for example the 32 of the 32 C, is not going to change very much unless you gain or lose a lot of weight, and it is basically what you measure yourself as with a tape measure.
The cup size depends on how many inches more the breast is from the underbust, and therefore varies with the underbust, so a 32 C is the same as a 30 D or a 34 B in the actual cup size (more or less, it depends on the manufacturer).
You may also want to be fitted in more than one shop, and for different bra manufacturers.
I have been fitted at Debenhams, and I love Freya bras (they also do bras and sports bras for fuller busted women, up to G and H cups, possibly higher and really pretty bras), but Marks and Spencer's bras do not fit as well in the same cup measurement.
The difference in comfort and shape is just amazing.
