In his defense Jkurz1 comes up with some hard core diets.
Mine are generally low to very low carb where as his have more carbs and less fats.
His diets are more geared to performance athletes whereas mine are more geared to normal folks losing weight (which would be most folks on here)
He has some really good idea and is generally the only person I've seen post a whole diet with a medium to large variety of foods like the one he posted today.
