I started training with IFBB pro Mike Francois today!!!

To be able to train with mike for $30.. whoaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Sounds like a steal to me. Just having him in the gym he should charge everyone a free protein drink! Then he should have all the girl gym members line up and he should repay rhe favour with his own protein.

Hope ya had fun!

Wardaddy,

The affordable price of his training sessions show you just what kind of a person he is. He's not in it for the money, he wants to help people improve themselves physically. He trains gymnasts, track athletes, football players in the off season, etc. He has a diverse knowledge of sports and physical fitness in addition to his knowledge of bodybuilding.

Just a side note, he says that most pro bodybuilders that he knows only train 4 days a week when bulking. It's important to get that extra day of rest. And he says no cardio in the off season. Most people are afraid to put on the extra fat, but to put on the extra muscle you have to put on some fat. You can always shed the fat when it's time to diet. (Those are his words, not mine)

You're not kidding it's a steal! I thought he would charge atleast $75 a session. I just wish I had the time to train with him more than 1 day a week. He has a really cool website. It has a lot of training and diet information.

Exactly my thoughts. I'd pay him $30 a session to just talk about the sauce, not training..... I already know how to lift a weight.
I doubt he'd discuss that with someone he does not know for a while.

I would never approach him with a question about AAS. I would certainly tell him about my use if he approached me about it, but I don't think it would appropriate to ask him those questions.
