...Do you guys usually drink? I know most of you guys advocate whole food but i was just curious. I usualyl drink 2-3 a day (pw included) because of time limitations and my schedule. Is it still possible to make good gains off 5 solid meals a day and lets say 2-3 shakes a day if you're eating about 3800-4500 cals a day? any input appreciated
