how to boost appetite by changing my diet

I was wondering how to change up my appetite via my diet
right now my appetite is really bad
I am having 2-3 protein shakes per day before my meals. Then I am usually losing my appetite while I am eating
keeping my diet pretty bland doing mostly chicken breast and different types of vegetables with rice
I guess maybe I’m just bored with the same type of food? Any ideas on what I can do?

if you want to boost appetite you need to eat more carbs like pasta and rice
i would eat more no matter how you feel about it stuff it
 
Definitely real food is beat 1 or 2 shakes a day for a snack isn't bad but aim for majority of meals to be cooked
 
Get rid of all this shakes and smoothies
your body wants whole single ingredient Foods
it doesn't want to have to digest 20 or 30 things at once
this is right
