bodyparts. I was thinkin something like:

Mon....Back Tri's
Tues...Legs Bi's
Wed...Chest
Thurs..Shoulders Traps
Fri.......Bi's Tri's

Anyway I try to position my workouts something runs into another. Any suggestions? I really don't want to train on the weekends.

damn man between a normal arm routine, back, chest, and shoulders i dont know how you could add a second arm routine in there without overtraining them.

you may want to consider going into the weekends if you really want to do this cause not only do 5 straight days burn you out quickly, but adding a day of rest here and there may be enough to let your arms heal up before hitting them for the second time that week.

Looks to me like you are overtraining your Tris with that routine just because you will be using your tris on chest day and depending on how you do shoulders mostly likely that day too.

Have an arm day where you only work arms. That is what I do. I work back and chest separately than arms.

Sunday Legs
Monday Arms
Tuesday Off
Wednesday Shoulders and Traps
Thursday Off
Friday Chest
Saturday back

Giving arms their own day is the fast ticket to the big guns club.

I train in the gym 5 days/week and train my arms twice/week. Another day of Cardio, one rest day/week.

Day1: Chest(16 sets)
Day2: Arms(12 sets/bi's 12 sets/tri's)
Day3: Legs(20 sets)
Day4: Shoulders(16 sets)
Day5: Back&Arms(12 sets/back, 8 sets/bi's, 8 sets/tri's)
Day6: Cardio(running outdoors)
Day7: Rest.
