Fruits that don't have Fructose?

havent had a piece of fruit in over a year....kinda weird, I know, but just don't crave it........now, veggies on the otherhand, go with EVERY meal.........otherwise I'd be starving!

Fructose is WAY over-rated for producing fat. You are better off eating fruit than not.

I am with you on this one :)

There is a reason high fructose corn syrup has fructose as a derivitive..............

I am not sure what you mean by this.

Only joking bro - personally, I stay away, however fruit is relatively low in fructose compared to things like high fructose corn syrups. Fruit sugars are a mix of fructose and other sugars like glucose. Second, the amount of total sugar in fruit is very low. While the body lacks the ability to convert large quantities of fructose to muscle glycogen effectively, it would be very difficult to consume enough fructose in the form of fruit to make this happen. Fruit has an important place in a well balanced diet, no matter what your goals are. It's loaded with vitamins and fibre...

fructose is definately over-demonized in BodyBuilding community, just like cortisol, high intensity endurance training, etc. Unless your diet is comprised of high carb intake (like really high) you definately have no reason to fear fructose, or sugars from the fruit, if anything the soluble fibers in fruit will help in glucose disposal :o
