I've gone down to 50g/day, and it slowed my brain function to a crawl along with making me as weak as a kitten in the gym. Lost fat like a mofo though.
Carbs are your friend. Tonight I made friends with some nice Double Stuff Oreo Peanut Butter Cremes........we ain't friends no more though....as I ate them sumbitches'.
I'm used to it, in 1-2 weeks you'll be good while in ketosis.
I'm on crumcake, its bearable for me but then again, all that protein is probably being deaminated to sugar

I'm right now at 80grs/day... sometims it gets hard just to keep up lifting the same weights I used to work with while doing 150-200grs/day... I swear it is only pride and willpower what makes me get that shit moving (I can't sustain the thought of weeks passing and actually lifting less thatn before, even though I know it is normal)
