Yeah its not easy. Effective but boring lol. And I enjoy high volume routines for some reason, not saying they are better but I enjoy the workout. Not to mention what the 5x5 does to your joints, ill probably run it for a few months every winter for strength and size.
Lol...na 5x5 is money bro, I realized that today when I hit decline bench today for 6-8 reps till failure and threw up 12 reps and had to stop cause I got a cramp. Aparantly benching is easier when you don't squat till you're ready to puke first lol
