Switched my workout today for the fk of it , since I've been off for a bit
Squats:185x5x5
Bench:245x5x5
OHP:155x5x5
Incline bicep curl:40x8x4
Pulldowns:55x8x4
Wow what a great pump lol.,. After my trip to Costa Rica on jan 27 for 2 weeks I'm gonna hit the 5x5 hard !!
And yeah I def need to get my squat back up lol, just doing light cause my quads have been cramping quite a bit lately !!
