Just did 5x5s for today cause trying to up my strength a bit .. getting so much stronger in the shoulders for sure !!
 
Bro you best the hell out of me today on shoulder press. Do you do a simple over head press or something diff?
I just didnt have anything in my shoulders today man.

Dont forget the 10x3 if you wanna get strength up fast bro. Do it for like 4 weeks then check out your strength.
 
Yeah but I do it sitting bro , probably makes it easier .. Yeah I think I'll try that out for a bit in 2 weeks bro !! I m more concerned with strength and mass then anything else haha, tone and cutting can wait a long time

yeah 10x3 is the business :D, I can't even do that on my bench right now because of my joints :(, sucks bro
