I eat 9 eggs and 4 cups of oat meal and 2 shakes for sure everyday , then usually chicken ,pork, steak and cottage cheese , broccoli or somedays whatever I can find lol

Took a couple days off and feel refreshed to hit it hard on squats tomorrow :), had a cheat day today and ate a little less food haha, up to 193 now though , can't wait to join the 200 club lol
