The thing with yogurt is it has a lot of sugars, however I still eat yogurt, I just get the low carb version and it has more protein and taste just as good IMO. I eat Light wheat bread though and FF cheese, FF sour cream and other things like that that some may not consider completly clean, but they are clean for me and a lot cleaner than what some eat. I guess it really depends on your goals. If you are getting close to your competition date, dairy tends to bloat some people.
