ok how does this sound, im an athlete, workout at the gym 3 hours a day 3-5 days a week. run every other day. 5'10'' 200lbs. a lot of muscle but just trying to pull off the beer belly i put on at college this year haha ;) this is what i drew up for my offseason routine.

week 1-3
Day 1-3 40mcg
day 4-6 60mcg
day 7-9 80mcg
day 10-12 100mcg
day 13-15 120mcg
day 16-17 100mcg
day 18-19 80mcg
day 20-21 60mcg

Week 4 benadryl at night b4 bed (was told it helps restore receptors for next 3 week cycle?)

week 5 and 6 off

week 7-9
Day 1-3 40mcg
day 4-6 60mcg
day 7-9 80mcg
day 10-11 100mcg
day 12-14 120mcg
day 15-17 100mcg
day 18-19 80mcg
day 20-21 60mcg


does that sound about right? if im doing something wrong all help is appreciated thanks!
 
u dont really need to taper down clen, just find the mcg that you can tolerate and cruise on it untill u decide to stop
 
Tapering down doesn't hurt, I would do it.
I think 3 weeks is too long, just go 2w on, 2w off. I found that my temperature would start droping around day 11, so 14 day cycle is good enough.
U don't need benadryl in off week, take it only if u plan on extending the cycle for longer than 2 weeks, and only during cycle.
Also measure your temperature regulary, and whatch for side effects, I found that 80mcg is just fine for me and I sweat like a pig on 80mch :)

ok thanks so u think only 2 weeks on 2 weeks off will be good enough, ive herd both 3 week cycles and 2 week cycles are good. when you say monitor your temperature what should it be around? what was yours at? and what temperature should i start to worry?

btw whats ur weight and height so i get some kind of an idea since u only needed 80mcg?
