I do have a couple that are not just drinking buddies. I have a couple girlfriends i see at the gym too, thank god for them. I know one girl who struggles w/ the drinking too.
I'm glad that I have support/motivation here though! The journal helps keep me honest about every single bite. im not as likley to cheat because i know i have to put it down here, and i will look weak!!!!
