Welcome... and Girl...I'm usually up 4:30 prepping for the day, so I feel ya ...sleep is key...make sure you get enough of it, I try to remind myself everyday...cindylou said:mkay. well. i want the max out of it, BUT it is early in the morn, i dont know if i can get up any earlier. i already get up at 5 just so i can get my cardio in and scrape into work by 8!!!!! im normally already running 5 min late everyday! lol.
