New Journal.

I made pretty good progress BUT now i need to clean up the cheats etc. I've been having more than 1 cheat meal per week grrrr. Mostly the weekends, tryin to clean it up a little.

CARDIO: OFF
WEIGHTS: ARMS OR LEGS. I DONT KNOW YET.
Monday:
m1 = 1.5 cups milk + PP + cr + gl
 
You can do it Cindylou!!! I think all of us revised our diets and/or fell down and dusted ourselves off and started the next day with a new attitude.

IMO, I think it's important to NOT lose sight of your old journal...you will want to look back and compare.

Im going to print out my old one, thanks for the advice!!!

The old one I was not sure where i was heading when i started, and now im sure.

Well, 99% sure. lol.

Legs : 3 sets 6 TUT :)

press : 90 lbs
extentions: 50, 55, 55
seated curls : 50/55/55
calves : 170 lbs

m3 = POW shake
 
yesterday:

m4 = sweet potato + chicken + broccoli

m5 = almonds

TODAY: 5/3/5
CARDO: 15 min warmup 6-7 mph
6 cycles HIIT, 9mph, or 4 mph at an incline
3 min cooldown

btw. tried cardio breeze today.

that stuff is better than ephedrine!!! im a real time runner now. lol. normally my warmup is 5-6 mph well today it was 6-7 mostly 7 !!!!!!! cool.

I also tried my yes. No tingling. normal???? i used ydf last year , or maybe it was the year before....and it tingled, but none today??? how important is the exfoliating before you put it on?

I put it on at 5:15 in the morning, and the last thing im thinking about is a shower. I'm not even really thinking at that time in the morning. im a zombie.

Hey girl...

IMO, YES is user dependant...I usually shower, shave/exfoliate before every use for max absorption & benefits...very time consuming, I know, plus I'm a freak :)

As long as the area is CLEAN, you should be fine...

I also do not get really 'tingly' but I would bathe in YES if I could :verygood:
 
mkay. well. i want the max out of it, BUT it is early in the morn, i dont know if i can get up any earlier. i already get up at 5 just so i can get my cardio in and scrape into work by 8!!!!! im normally already running 5 min late everyday! lol.
