cardio cRaZe? i HAte it when cutting so much info ?

is HIIT good for cutting,,while preserving muscle? and is it dont in evening or morning on empty stomach? and also will 1 hour of walking help cause my diet is great and low carbs --less than 50 with moderate fat and high protein and still no abs..i think i have bad genetics so cardio will help....damnn gonna have to lose that muscle but any ways not to lose my legs mucsle spat?
 
thanks guyz but im just trying to say since im on a low carb diet would walking for an hour really BE benificial to obtaing those abs i wanted? i mean sometimes i see old fellas walk everyday for long PERIODS but they dont have abs...so is anyother exersice more benificial to obtaining that? thankssssssssss
 
thanks alot ....i think it might be my genetics..i hope to overcome them throught diet and some cardio...and i always see hyrdoxycut say take this and if u have bad genetics you can overcome them and get those abs>false or what looolool
 
When I am cutting I do cardio in the AM..usually 60 minutes of walking on the treadmill..i usually put it at an incline too...I throw in 2-3 days of HIIT training..12-20 minutes..sprint intervals or even do it on the bike and put the resistance way UP! Getting lean is really up to your DIET....you can get fairly lean on diet alone....

Missy, I am living proof of this - I have almost cut cardio out of my routine entirely and I am leaner now that I have EVER been in my whole life (130, now 10%bf )

I eat 200+ g of protein a day, with a 60%p/20%f, 20%c breakdown.

Don't RPM and resistance when cycling make a big difference here?

Isn't it possible that biking can be so intense, it's almost anaerobic? Or it could be moderate cardio equal to walking?
