I always see people post that they eat fish, steak, chicken etc for protein.
I never see anyone say whether calf liver is O.K. or not.
It has to be high in protein but are there any reasons not to eat it??

Also I read about tren cough, can teat or deca cause a cough too??
I think I had this for three weeks but it has calmed down some now.
A very dry cough and nothing ever comes up.

Probably no answears because most of the people are wondering the same about liver. I don't know if could be bad but I like it and eat it once in a while.

And your cough, If you're not using tren I guess you got a little cold....haven't heard about deca or test cough.

Other than liver tasting like ass I would think it has lots of protein and would be a good protein source. Tren cough etc usually hits me (if at all) right after inject and usually goes away in a few minutes and only happened with Tren.

Liver is a great food. The only thing really to watch out for is retinol (Vitamin A). Liver contains a good amount of retinol and so you shouldn't take vitamin A supplements alongside eating a lot of liver. This typically means finding an alternative to cod liver oil if you take that supp.

In terms of taste strength
Ox > calf > pig > lamb > chicken.

Chicken livers are what is typically used in paté. I usually eat lamb liver, it has a mild flavour. I've not yet tried any human liver with flava beans and a nice chianti :p.

For cooking suggestions, you can do it on a slow grill for a soft consistency or you can pan fry it. If you cook it hard it will go hard. The combination of fried liver and onions is traditional. Peas go well with liver.
