Fat loading only works if your glycogen levels are already full. Correct? For example Monday and Tuesday you would load up on carbs and then fat and sugar load for the next 3 days before a show or photo shoot?

You can put it that way, with the fat yes.....here is the scenario.
When you get to the point where you are looking very flat, you have pretty well depleted. Carb loading is then an issue, and you should do it for the amount of time that you know works for you.
I deplete for instance M, T and W of the show week, then load T&F. Pre stage Saturday, fats and sugars.
