hey guys,
i remember reading that stallone did an all tuna diet for, i dunno, how many months in order to achieve the 2% bf he had in rambo. what u guys think? total bs?
couldnt imagine eating nothing but tuina and water for over a week! :Chef:

I read he did that somewhere, think it was an add for his supps. i think tuna can be a good item to be in a cutting diet but just tuna hell no i would loose to much mass
 
If you ate nothing but tuna I doubt you'd get enough fats, the carb depletion would blow moose cawk and I can't imagine the level of mercury buildup that would result.
 
I just read somewhere that Stallone is 228 lbs. at a height of 5'9. The guy's pushing 60 too. Not sure about the tuna diet but I know he did fat loading with peanut butter before shooting a few scenes of Judge Dredge. Not that it helped any for box office sales. :)
 
Fat and sugar loading pre contest or photo shoot after a severe depletion works very well. Will make you look full and hard and dry.

Fat loading only works if your glycogen levels are already full. Correct? For example Monday and Tuesday you would load up on carbs and then fat and sugar load for the next 3 days before a show or photo shoot?
