Adderllin/Diet log

Hey everyone.
I am starting a new Adderllin log because I haven't posted in a while and I am starting over with my diet and workout routine. I gained a little weight over the past month because I have been on 3 vacations and ate like shit on all of them, lol.

Today is the first day back in the gym.
I am just going to do some light cardio to get back in the swing of things.

Meals:
Tuna with canola oil based mayo
3 not-breaded chicken wings

Snacks:
Cashews
One Apple
One sugar free vanilla pudding

My weight is 125.6, my goal by Memorial day is 120 and lean. By August I would like to be between 115-118.

I am really serious now about dieting because eating crap all the time doesn't make me feel good, makes me tired, and makes me fat!

If anyone has any comments or suggestions feel free to post them in my log! I am open to anyone's opinions!

Start with one Adderlin or even a half of one to start. My fiancé finds that she is extremely sensitive to the effects of Adderlin. Personally, it does nothing for me during cardio, but lifting on the other hand, it works wonders! I'm focused, energetic, and best of all - I sweat my ass off on it!

What will your routine be in the gym? How much cardio and lifting will you be doing per week?

Yes that's me. I was 114lbs there. I thought I posted a before picture in my first post. Here it is.

I have taken Adderllin a ton of times. Recently, I've just been taking it for the energy effect because I haven't been working out. I feel the effects a little bit because my body is used to it. I am going to take two a day but split them up throughout the day.

I take burner here and there, it gives me really good results and is a great appetite suppressant, but it makes me feel really tweaked and sometimes causes a stomach and headache.

At the gym I want to do minimum 30min cardio and each day work a different muscle. I will start with light weight and more reps then when I feel myself getting stronger I will do heavy weight and as many reps as I can do.
 
I'm non-plat so I can't see your picture, but it sounds like you have a nice solid base to begin with. Summer is just around the corner, so pool season is a good motivator.

Took 2 Adderllin today.
The first one I took at 2pm and the second at 330pm

I had plenty of energy with the first one, but took a second to keep the energy going.
I felt really good all day and had energy to play tennis and go to the gym.

At 11:30pm I started to get really tired.

I woke up pretty late today so I started the day off with tuna and olive-oil based mayo,
a piece of flounder for lunch, and for dinner 2 pieces of chicken, peas with little pieces of bacon in it, salad and a little bit of cheesecake because yesterday was my birthday so my boyfriend's dad had us over for dinner today.

In between meals I ate cashews.

Hey guys. Sorry it's been a while since I posted.. I've been a little busy the past couple of days.

My diet has been on point and I have been taking 2 Adderllin a day. I usually take them 2 or 3 hours apart.

I don't take Adderllin after 4 or 5 because it will make me stay up all night, but taking it before then just gives me energy throughout the whole day and my workout.

Today I only took one Adderllin because after breakfast I only ate at 430 and didn't want to take it that late. I didn't take another before then because when I take pills on an empty stomach I always get sick.

My weight is 124. I am holding a little bit of water but doesn't really matter I can get rid of that very quickly if I was going out in a bathing suit or something.

I will post up some pictures soon, I want to make a little more progress before I do so.
