Made some low carb tacos yesterday!
Took a low carb wrap (7g net carbs) and bison meat and mixed it with 40% lower sodium seasoning packet and added a little bit of cheese.
SO GOOD! Definitely going to be a new meal of mine!
Some other foods I ate were unbreaded chicken wings, cashews, protein shake, and late night I had a bagel from Dunkin Donuts because I was starving after we went out last night.
Today my weight is 122.0 so I guess the carbs from the bagel didn't do much, I probably needed it.
So far I ate unbreaded chicken wings (woke up late so I skipped breakfast and went straight to lunch). BTW, the chicken wings we got from Costco. They are Purdue BBQ chicken in a huge bag. No carbs or sugars, a lot of sodium though, 540mg in 3 pieces of chicken, that's why I try to eat 3 or the most 4. I don't really take in a lot of sodium so one meal with a lot of sodium doesn't really bloat me.
