yogurt?

I just joined this forum last week. I have a question about yogurt. I am allergic to yogurt. Could someone tell me an alternative for a snack. I can drink milk and eat cheese, it's just the yogurt. The bad thing, the 2 times I did eat yogurt I liked it but not the swelling and rash. :worried:

What does your typical diet look like? Give us an idea of what you're already eating and your goals...
 
I compete in powerlifting comps. here in south carolina. I've been in 10 and have won all except the first two. I weigh 122 lbs. I bench 220, squat 290 and deadlift 290. I decided to take 2 years off and let my body rest. In the meantime I want to get a little more cuts and started a high protein diet this past Monday.

Breakfast:egg white omelete with shredded mozz. cheese, glass of water
snack: protein bar
lunch:tuna with light mayo on whole wheat bread, carrot sticks, glass of crystal light lemonade
snack: whey protein shake
dinner: grilled chicken breast, brown rice with broccoli, glass of crystal light
snack: whey protein shake

Welcome!! Awesome lifts! Are you looking for a snack that is the same texture as yogurt? And the same amount of carbs? What about 1/2 - 1 banana (17-35gm carbs) blended together with your whey protein?
 
wow...that total in the wight class puts you close to the ALL TIME record of 9.5x bodyweight...what federation to you lift in?
 
I use to put a banana in with my whey but I bought chocolate flavor this time. Just wondering if there was a good snack that could take the place of yogurt. I lift at local competitons at my YMCA. It's not sanctioned. I've had a lot of people ask me to go to bigger meets that are but I didn't think I was good enough. I forgot to mention that I only 4' 9" so I'm short and compact lol. I've always been small. I weigh more now than the 2 times I was pregnant. Most is muscle with a little fat around the middle.
