I was checking out the ingredients on my Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt and it has high fructose corn syrup and modified corn starch. How does everyone feel about these two sweetners? should I change my yogurt brand?

get it unsweetened then add splenda or fresh fruit :D

Thanks guys, I actually picked up some unsweetened yogurt today- also has more protein than the sweetened crap

PF, yes, its called "Plain Yogurt" by most companies.

cornstarch is not a sweetner
used to thicken youghurt or the fruit additives
there was a recent study stating that the curse of american obesity coincided with the introduction in the market place of high fructose corn syrup
i agree with plain youghurt with splenda and a small amout of fruit and some nuts and flaxseed oil on keto days
and then lots of fruit on carb up days
