I took one more, for a total of three before my workout. i had a great workout partially because of trex and partially because of the first carbs I have had in two weeks. I warmed up a bit. I had my gf take 1 and she really enjoyed it. She ran for 20 mins at 5.8 mph which she cannot normally do with her hydroxycut (ephedra free) at @ 157 bpm. We both had carbs this morning. She normally runs at 4.5 for 15 mins. I know this stuff works, it is also very cool in vancouver right now. At this rate I will be done my trex before I go to San Diego on the 9th. So I guess I will tell now. I would be happy if this stuff worked very well and I could be on right up until summer. I am around 13-14% right now @ 171 lbs. With my schedule I can't get in the gym too much. 5 days a week is extemely good for me. A lot of the time I get in 4 times and do cardio and maybe 2-3 to lift. When I get back from SD on march 22 I want to continue to get as ripped as possible. My next event is in late may. Hopefully I can get down to around 7 % by late may. From April to July I want to stay lean and maybe put on a few lbs for going to Thailand in July. So when i get back form SD I will be back on here with my stats after living in it up in SD and will need more help dropping the BF.
