What style of yoga for flexibility ?

Hey guys.
Just got a quick question.
I am looking at starting yoga to increase my flexibility and to losen my joints and overall feel better to go hand in hand with my bodybuilding.

Now i have been having a look on the internet and there are so many dvd's and so many styles of yoga that it gets pretty confusing.

So i am wondering if you guys here could post me in the right direction in what style of yoga is great for flexibility etc and what dvd's are good aswell.

lol dude you're in the wrong section to be asking a question like that

but just to help you out, don't be a pussy and take up yoga. There are simple exercises that should take you around 10-15 minutes before working out-- that's about all you need. go to the weight training and weight lifting forum of this site if you need further help.
