My cals stagger between 1300-1400 maybe even higher some days..
Fats.. eh ok.. Carbs.. moderate.. Protein High...
Just recently like the last week or so.. I feel hungry too often...
Do I need more fats? Should I add in some Flax Oil's? I know that the fats seem to hold you over a bit.. make you feel fuller..
I'm taking trex 1am 1pm... Still nothing... Maybe Upping the Trex will do the trick?
Any advice..?
