Ok, sometimes I have errands or some little jobs to do in the morning, and I have to wake up b4 I'm ready. I usually get about 5 hours in, do what I have to do on these days, and then go back to sleep for another 3 hours. Is it ok to take in carbs b4 a nap like this? I know people always say to avoid carbs b4 going to sleep, but what about a long nap? I take in carbs anyways b/c I'm bulking, but when I wake up, sometimes I feel that my stomach is a little bloated.
How are weight gainers these days? I'm taking BSN's True mass. The taste is great, and it says it has complex carbs, but can I believe that? I remember back in the days, weight gainers were all sugar. However, this weight gainer's facts are:
