Good bulk supps can be bought at
www.kilosports.com
It ought to stun you to see so many supps available at bulk prices. Do a comparison on a few of the pricier items such as Glucosamine and Acetyl L-Carnitine and you'll see what I mean.
But for GLUTAMINE, I did extensive searching and the best I was able to find was at
www.netrition.com
It was Labrada's and, at the time, it was $44/kilo. Even SuperHalo could look into this because GNC is $47-ish for a HALF kilo, then 50% for the next HALF kilo which comes out to $70/kilo minus his 30% discount ($21, $49 subtotal), plus tax ($2.50, $51.50). That's a $7.50 difference. Not huge, but if price matters, that's more money in our pockets. Shipping is like $4.95 so the idea is to get a bunch of stuff at once. Since I low-carb often, I shop there as they have the largest selection of incredible low-carb products and the $4.95 next day shipping is worth it for me.
Hopefully, you've read this far.
With what you outlined above, you need to make sure you're getting enough Magnesium and Vitamin D. Both Calcium and Zinc compete for Magnesium which they require for complete absorption, and the Calcium also needs Vitamin D which was supposedly misclassified as a vitamin and is really a hormone precursor. (
www.mercola.com) At least 1000mg of Magnesium per day for starters....this usually clears up other problems too that people didn't even know they had because they got so used to them...general aches and pains, etc. And from what I've read, there's no OD'ing on Magnesium. You just might get the shits if you go way too high...so don't, ok?
