S Super Halo Man New member Feb 5, 2002 #6 Take a lot of glutamine. You want to make sure that you retain as much muscle as possible. Take 5g after your workout and 5g before bed. That should do. On off days, take 5g in the morning and 5g before bed.

S Super Halo Man New member Feb 6, 2002 #8 I got a load of glutamine for cheap... but I work at GNC and know how to make things cheap. Anyone have a good answer? Maybe some online supplement sites would have good buys... Perhaps dpsnutrition?
