First is about biceps, I'm trying like hell to grow them but it seems like all the workouts I do for them concentrate more on my forearm/wrists and it starting to piss me off, I go slow and watch my form but idk wtf my biceps are never sore or burn from working out like all the rest of my body ......... Advice....?
Second, my cardio I have little f'n love handles and a little pudge on the front and I want to know what's the best cardio for that? I do the elliptical 3x a week for a mile and a half, is this enough or what's the best? ( I have also cut dairy for this too) advice... Thanks y'all!
Its simple the biceps and triceps grow from doing heavy compound moves. Rows, pull ups, and deads will make them grow more than curls. If your using straps to do these moves than take your straps and throw them in the trash. When I say heavy rows I mean heavy. For instance when I started doing tbar rows I used 1 plate now my heaviest are done with 8-10 plates. Progressively heavier weights over time. My arms used to be 14 inches when I started now they are over 19 inches. It takes years of training to grow, be patient. For your abs, eat clean and do cardio. Along with doing abs 2-4 times a week. When you lose fat its all over your body. Cardio can hurt muscle growth so be careful with it. What does your diet and training consist of now?
